Union Home Minister Amit Shah tested positive for COVID-19 on Sunday, he informed in a tweet.
I am feeling okay, but on the advice of the doctors I am getting myself admitted into a hospital, the union home minister said today.
“On getting the initial symptoms of coronavirus, I got the test done and the report came back positive. My health is fine, but I am being admitted to the hospital on the advice of doctors,” he wrote in a message on Twitter.
“I request those who came in contact with me in last few days to get tested for coronavirus and isolate themselves,” he added.
