In the fourth phase of lockdown, the Haryana government has allowed its offices, both at the headquarters and the districts levels to open with 100 per cent attendance.
The chief secretary stated in an order, “If the heads of the departments and the DC can ensure sufficient space for 100 per cent attendance and social distancing norms for all employees, they may do so”.
The order said that for group A and B officers the offices will function for 100 percent attendance and for group C and D employees 50 per cent attendance may be followed, if there is lack of sufficient space.
As per the order, the social distancing norms and other Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are a must for all government offices if they are functional.
The offices must adhere to the SOPs and other norms for which they would prepare a weekly roster for group C and D staff. They would work in alternate manner. Employees not coming to office, as per the roster, would be required to work from home.
That staffs who reside in containment zones would not be called for duty.
