After two-months of corona-induced lockdown, 58,318 flew on day one of flight resuming. The Civil Aviation Minister Hardeep Singh Puri, on Tuesday, said, “Airports are abuzz & passengers are back in air”.
The Union Minister wrote in his tweet, “58,318 passengers flew to their destinations on 832 flights on the first day, 25th May till midnight”.
The Minister wrote that the flights to Andhra Pradesh have started on Tuesday and these numbers are all set to soar higher.
