US President Donald Trump’s youngest daughter Tiffany posts a blackout image on her Instagram and twitter handle as a support to the massive protests in the United States against the killing of an African-American man.
Tiffany, posted the message within a few hours of the protest in Washington DC. She, through her message has extended her support.
Many urged Tiffany Trump to explain the protests to her father, who has vowed to order an army crackdown on sweeping civil unrest gripping the US.
Tiffany, a law graduate, wrote “Alone we can achieve so little; together we can achieve so much.” – Helen Keller” with the hashtags #blackoutTuesday #justiceforgeorgefloyd.
Her message on social media against the move of her father, who is criticised for posing for photographs at a nearby church damaged during civil unrest, has got mixed response from her followers.
Tiffany’s mother, Marla Maples, and Donald Trump’s second wife also posted the same black photo after Tiffany’s post to extend support and express solidarity.
Derek Chauvin, the policeman in the video, was arrested and charged with third-degree murder.
